The Best New Artist nominee fills the calculatingly kooky void left by the once swan-swaddled Bjork by kitting herself out in an oddball Bride of Swamp Creature costume. Her bog-inspired accoutrements include a moss-sprouting mane, nonslip lily pads lifted from the bottom of her tub and a hapless frog that's hoping against hope this isn't the day when a kiss from his true love turns him back into a prince.
