It's that time of year again: We're all eagerly awaiting the latest season of The L Word, and the tantalising promo shots are released! As I haven't even seen Season Four, posting this has been absolute torture for me...

This video is really quite adorable, it's a promo for Season Two of The L Word, and it just breaks my heart as Tina ignores Bette...But Carmen coming up from under the covers and snuggling with Shane is just too damn cute!

And now, the best for last: Yet more new blonde characters. The lady in the first photo is apparently called Phyllis, and looks quite Power-Lesbian-y, perhaps a foil for Bette?

The woman in the second two is credited as Jodi, yet she looks suspiciously similar as the woman credited as Marlee posing with Bette here: http://allthatsbestofdarkandbright.blogspot.com/2006/12/more-l-word-promos.html If anyone could shed some light on this it would be appreciated.Maybe I'm getting characters and actresses' names mixed up?

Now, this pic I'm quite excited about.Apparently the new chick is called Papi, she's Alice's new love interest, and aside from looking stunning in that photo, she's set to become the show's first butch character, apparently. Can't say I'm feeling the bitch vibe, but it should be interesting.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Dark And Bright has managed to get hold of some L Word Season Four promo shots! (Although the fact that no-one here has even got to watch Season Three yet due to lack of satelleite does take away some of the excitement.) Aw, but just look at that shot of the full cast,looking very gangster-y and film noir...






Then of course we have the main cast, with Leisha Hailley in some rather fetish footwear. Seriously, can you imagine Alice wearing that? The comedy stumbles would be hilarious.






















And as the next picture in that snazzy gold dress goes to show, Alice would be damn sexy, if she wasn't so sweet and funny. As it is, there's an uncomfortable balance between "aww" and "phwoar".


Now that last photo of Miss Hailley with in the interesting grecian-style dress is nice, for Mia is back with Season One hair! And Kate in that silk shirt thing...
